As a Brand Ambassador, you will consult with various businesses to identify connectivity gaps, offering AT&T’s wireless devices and Business Fiber as solutions that enhance customer service and streamline sales operations. The Brand Ambassador will also drive sales by matching them with plans that fit, ensuring every business stays ahead of the competition.
Core Functions of the Brand Ambassador
- Cultivate meaningful business relationships through sales consultations that highlight telecom inefficiencies and present AT&T solutions.
- Position AT&T Business Fiber as the clear choice for eliminating bottlenecks and enabling scalable operations.
- Empower teams with hands‑on VoIP onboarding, presenting Office@Hand as a modern upgrade that enhances collaboration.
- Recommend tailored 5G lifecycle strategies that align with client expansion, positioning upgrades as growth investments.
- Strengthen market presence by tracking sales activity and leveraging proactive outreach to secure new opportunities.
- Resolve business challenges by transitioning them to AT&T’s dedicated fiber solutions, ensuring reliability and satisfaction.
Education & Experience Needed for the Brand Ambassador
- A high school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
- Experience in sales or customer service is a plus.
