The Branch Supervisor will be responsible for supporting daily branch operations while providing supervision and guidance to front-line staff. This role ensures operational efficiency, regulatory compliance, and exceptional member service while driving performance that meets or exceeds branch goals. The Branch Supervisor plays a key role in auditing, member experience and loan operations, team development, and serves in a leadership capacity in the Branch Manager's absence. A Day in the Life of a Branch Supervisor INCLUDES:
Branch Supervisor Skills and qualifications includes:
3 years of financial institution experience to include a combination of teller and/or contact center duties with 1 year of lending or loan processing experience.
Must have a strong background in sales.
Must be eligible to be licensed to sell all necessary insurance products.
A high school education or GED.
Excellent oral, written, and telephone communication skills.
Strong problem-solving, attention to detail, and member service skills.
Thorough knowledge of established branch procedures, policies, and practices.

Travel is rarely necessary for this position.
Work Site Location
All work will be performed at our Hammond Branch at 1110 SW Railroad Ave, Hammond, LA 70403.
