Job Summary :

The Analyst manages regional office IT infrastructure & applications by deploying, configuring, and troubleshooting local network systems, hardware, and corporate software applications.

  • This role serves as the primary technical escalation point to rapidly resolve outages, minimize business disruption, and enforce strict cybersecurity and regulatory compliance policies at the endpoint level.
  • Person who can support on scanners & technology interfaces and support in requirements, QA, implementations.
  • The person would also be working in the lab environment to assist the newer implementations and triage any issues or incidents.
