What We’re Looking For:
- Minimum of 3 years of management experience
- Background in shipping, receiving, and inventory control
- Flooring industry experience strongly preferred
- Proven ability to manage daily branch operations
- Experience supporting customers with purchases and order fulfillment
- Comfortable handling cash and credit transactions
- Proficiency with basic computer tools, including Microsoft Office
- Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service abilities
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
