Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Branch Manager to oversee the operations of our Tulsa Branch. This critical leadership role involves managing daily branch operations, driving sales growth, maintaining profitability, and ensuring outstanding customer service. The Branch Manager will play a key role in achieving operational excellence and expanding the branch's market presence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of sales representatives, warehouse staff, and administrative personnel to achieve high performance and continuous improvement.
• Develop and implement strategic plans to drive revenue growth, expand market share, and enhance profitability within the territory.
• Build and sustain strong relationships with customers, contractors, and vendors to maximize sales opportunities and deliver exceptional service.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify new opportunities and maintain a competitive edge.
• Collaborate with corporate leadership to establish pricing strategies, promotional campaigns, and sales incentives to meet and exceed branch targets.

Qualifications:

• A minimum of 5 years of managerial experience within the building materials distribution industry or a related field.
