What You'll Do

As Branch Manager of our Saukville branch, you will oversee daily branch operations while leading a high-performing team focused on delivering exceptional customer and member service, achieving performance goals, and ensuring efficient, consistent service delivery. In this leadership role, you will be responsible for building team capability, coaching and developing employees, and fostering a positive, high-energy environment centered on accountability, engagement, and results. You will play a key role in driving overall branch performance by setting clear goals, monitoring key metrics, and implementing strategies for continuous improvement. Additionally, you will strengthen relationships within the Saukville community while ensuring operational excellence, compliance, and a seamless customer/member experience in a fast-paced, service-driven environment.

What We're Looking For

  • 4+ years of experience in retail management, team leadership, customer service management, hospitality, or a related field
  • Proven experience leading, coaching, or supervising teams
  • Strong ability to motivate employees and drive performance outcomes
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
