What You'll Do:

As the Branch Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day branch operations while providing strong leadership, employee coaching, staff development, and performance management. You will be responsible for building a positive sales and service culture focused on customer satisfaction, member engagement, relationship building, and operational excellence. This management position plays a key role in motivating employees, improving branch performance, driving business development, and ensuring compliance with banking regulations and credit union policies.

You will also partner with employees to strengthen teamwork, support professional growth, and create an exceptional member experience. Successful candidates will have experience in branch management, retail banking leadership, customer service management, financial institution operations, and team leadership.

What We're Looking For:

• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or related field preferred, or equivalent experience
• At least 4 years of experience in banking or financial services, including leadership experience
• Strong communication, leadership, and team development skills
• Ability to meet performance goals and drive results
• Knowledge of retail banking operations and compliance standards
