About the Role

As Branch Manager, you will oversee the daily operations of the Saukville branch while leading and developing a team dedicated to delivering exceptional member service. You'll drive branch performance, support employee growth, ensure operational excellence, and create an environment where both employees and members can thrive.

In this role, you will:

• Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team.
• Drive branch performance by setting goals, monitoring results, and recognizing success.
• Foster a positive culture built on accountability, collaboration, and service.
• Ensure efficient daily branch operations and an exceptional member experience.
• Analyze performance metrics and implement strategies for continuous improvement.
• Build relationships within the local community and represent Kohler Credit Union.

What We're Looking For

• 4+ years of leadership, management, or supervisory experience in retail, customer service, hospitality, healthcare, operations, or another people-focused environment
• A proven ability to coach, mentor, motivate, and develop high-performing teams
• Experience leading daily operations, managing performance, and achieving team goals
• Strong communication, relationship-building, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
• The ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining a positive, customer-focused environment
• A collaborative leader who leads by example and enjoys helping both people and teams succeed
