Location: Southampton, PA  
 
Position Summary: Quaint Oak Bank is a growing community bank seeking an experienced Branch Manager to serve as the senior leader of an assigned branch, reporting directly to the VP of Retail & Business Banking. The Branch Manager is responsible for leading a high-performing retail and business banking team, with a strong focus on deposit growth, client acquisition, and relationship development. This role offers the opportunity to drive local market expansion, build meaningful community relationships, and partner closely with commercial lending teams to deliver comprehensive financial solutions.
With Quaint Oak Bank’s primary focus on commercial customers, the Branch Manager plays a critical role in partnering with lending teams to deliver comprehensive financial solutions, deepening relationships, and sourcing new business. The role requires strong operational discipline, sales leadership, regulatory knowledge, and a commitment to exceptional customer service.
 
Key Responsibilities:
 
Relationship Management & Customer Experience
  • Deliver exemplary customer service and ensure consistent, relationship-based service standards across the branch.
  • Identify unmet customer needs and opportunities to expand existing relationships.
  • Act as the primary point of accountability for customer experience outcomes at the branch.

Sales, Deposits & Business Development

  • Drive deposit and household growth through new client acquisition and expansion of existing relationships.
  • Actively develop new business through community involvement, COIs, and local market presence.
  • Partner with commercial lenders to identify and advance lending opportunities.
  • Lead branch sales strategy, including goal setting, pipeline management, and performance accountability.

Team Leadership & Development

  • Lead, coach, and develop branch staff to achieve high standards in both customer service and sales performance.
  • Foster a culture focused on relationship building, accountability, ethical behavior, and teamwork.
  • Support training, performance management, and professional development initiatives.

Compliance, Risk & Policy Enforcement

  • Ensure adherence to all regulatory and compliance requirements, including BSA/AML, KYC, CIP.
  • Enforce bank policies and procedures and escalate risks or concerns as appropriate.
 
Experience, Qualifications & Core Competencies:
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or a related field preferred, or equivalent banking experience.
  • Experience in branch leadership, relationship management, and commercial or community banking.
  • Strong knowledge of deposit products, branch operations, and regulatory requirements.
  • Proven success growing deposits and developing customer relationships.
  • Demonstrated relationship-driven sales leadership with strong operational discipline and regulatory awareness.
  • Prior experience leading and coaching teams in a regulated environment; established referral network preferred.
  • Commercial banking expertise with the ability to collaborate effectively across lending, operations, and compliance teams.
 
 
Salary: $80,000-$95,000/year; offer is commensurate with experience.
