What you will do::Support and manage daily branch operations, including customer service, inventory, and logistics
Lead, coach, and develop a small team (warehouse, drivers, and inside sales)
Partner with sales teams to drive local revenue growth and customer satisfaction
Monitor key business metrics (sales, expenses, inventory, service levels) and take action to improve performance
Assist in managing inventory levels, product availability, and vendor relationships
Ensure safe, efficient operations and adherence to company policies and procedures
Build strong relationships with customers, vendors, and internal partners
Identify opportunities to improve processes, increase efficiency, and grow the business
2–5+ years of experience in building materials, distribution, retail, or a related field
Some leadership or supervisory experience (team lead, assistant manager, etc.)
Basic understanding of operations, inventory, or sales processes
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Customer-focused mindset with a drive to grow business relationships
Valid driver’s license
Experience in building products or construction industry
Exposure to P&L or business metrics
Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus
