Coworx Staffing services in partnership with a nationally recognized provider of commercial cleaning and sanitation solutions is seeking a hands-on, results-driven Branch Manager to lead daily operations and drive overall branch success. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, takes full ownership of their business, and leads by example. Client is located in the Bronx, NY. The Branch Manager will be responsible for overseeing operations, supporting team development, and ensuring a high level of service to clients while driving performance and growth.

  • Lead daily branch operations, including staffing, scheduling, and workflow management.
  • Drive performance through team leadership, coaching, and employee development.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships while delivering excellent service.
  • Oversee inventory, equipment, and facility maintenance.
  • Manage vendor relationships, purchasing, and operational requirements.
  • Monitor and maintain fleet, equipment, and compliance requirements.
  • Ensure adherence to safety standards and regulatory compliance.
  • Manage financial performance, including budgeting and cost control.
  • Identify opportunities for improvement and proactively resolve operational challenges.
