- High school diploma or equivalent
**Job Summary:**
Accountable for daily branch operations, achieving profit and operational standards, and ensuring compliance. Provides leadership, training, and support to 1-4 staff members.

- Manage daily tasks, staff punctuality, and adherence to policies
- Oversee loan approvals, collections, and delinquent accounts
