The Branch Manager is responsible for the overall operation, functionality, profitability and administrative requirements for the branch assigned. The Branch Manager will be accountable for the functional, administrative, financial, business, and broad company objectives within their assigned branch to include facilities, assets, and employees. In this role, you will integrate and develop processes that meet business needs across the organization, manage complex issues within functional areas of expertise, be involved in long-term planning, and contribute to the overall business strategy and management/leadership of hourly/ salary staff of the entire branch. This position reports directly to the Regional Manager and President as required.
