General Job Description:

JobSummary:

The Branch Manager Assistant facilitates the efficient operation of the assigned department by performing a variety of clerical and administrative tasks.

Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Reports all billable work that went out to the Billing Dept
  • Files all paperwork for each job
  • Pulls appropriate paperwork for upcoming work to be sent out
  • Communicate with Construction Managers on builders’ portals or via email regarding status of jobs
  • Print daily work schedule reports for Branch Manager and Field Supervisors
  • Assist Branch Manager with other duties as assigned. 
Specific Qualifications:

 

Required Skills/Abilities:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to
  • Basic understanding of clerical procedures and systems such as recordkeeping and
  • Ability to work

Education and Experience:

  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • Three to five years of experience in an administrative
  • 2+ years of experience using Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Previous experience in office preferred.

Physical Requirements:

  • Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a
  • Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at
