We're celebrating our 50th Anniversary as a Flooring Wholesaler! We are currently hiring for a Branch Manager in Springdale, AR, one of our newest branches of three years!
Purpose: Manage all operations and personnel of branch while turning inventory and maximizing profits
Location: Springdale, AR
Responsibilities May Include:
• Providing customer service to walk in customers
• Taking orders over the phone and answering product questions
• Monitoring fax and email orders coming in from customers
• Communicating with outside sales people on arranging customer orders and deliveries
• Pull materials in the warehouse
• Managing UPS shipments of products
• Daily sales close out
• Checking in and logging storage materials
• Checking stock with different manufacturers
• Ordering product/ managing stock levels
• Transferring product from main warehouse in Dallas and other branches to complete orders
• Doing special manufacturer orders and keeping up with required paperwork
Ideal Qualities:
• Familiar with the floor covering industry and products
• Customer service background
• Excellent phone skills
• Ability to learn about large amount of products in a short time
• Proficient computer skills
• Outstanding communication and organizational skills
• Desire to learn quickly and think outside the box to problem solve and acquire solutions and information for customers and sales team
• Hard worker that is willing to put in extra effort to ensure our customers are satisfied
• Ability to perform in a fast paced environment
