What You'll Do
Serve as the first point of contact for patients arriving at the branch, creating a welcoming and supportive experience
Answer inbound calls, provide clear information, and resolve common questions or concerns
Partner with the branch team to identify solutions and coordinate timely equipment delivery to meet patient needs
Work closely with the sales team, referral sources, and patients to collect required documentation, secure health plan authorizations, and ensure compliance with insurance guidelines
Review new and existing patient accounts to help maximize health plan benefits and accelerate access to needed equipment and care
Proactively follow up with patients to confirm satisfaction and address any outstanding needs
Test equipment functionality as needed to ensure quality and readiness
Contribute to overall branch success by supporting additional responsibilities as assigned
Required
High school diploma or equivalent
At least one-year of related work experience
English reading, writing, and speaking skills

Education and/or Experience
At least two years' experience in an office environment, healthcare setting or call center
Experience utilizing multi-line phone-system.

The role requires frequent use of the hands to write, type, handle documents, and operate computers, phones, and handheld devices. Employees must regularly read documents clearly and write neatly and accurately while engaging in constant talking and hearing. The position involves varied physical movements, including sitting, standing, walking, reaching, kneeling, stooping, and crouching. It also requires both close and distance vision. Occasionally, the employee may need to stand, lift, push, or pull items weighing between 10 and 40 pounds.
