Brake & Alignment Technicians perform service and installation of brake, alignment, suspension, and related systems, ensuring quality work and excellent customer service. Responsibilities include installing and servicing hydraulic/electric brake systems, suspensions, drive trains, and power steering parts; testing and installing batteries; tire and wheel assembly work; and operating diagnostic and service equipment. They may also test drive vehicles and provide offsite roadside assistance. On-the-job training is provided, with opportunities for skill development.
Qualifications include a valid driver’s license, strong customer service skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and physical capability to lift up to 75 pounds frequently.
