The Boys Varsity Soccer Coach reports to the Director of Athletics, and coordinates all programming in collaboration with the Athletic Directors. This position is responsible for coaching and providing direction to student athletes so that they might achieve a high level of skill as well as an appreciation for physical fitness, discipline, sportsmanship, and teamwork. This position requires travel and work in the evenings and weekends.
Season Salary $16.90/hr with a minimum guarantee of $10,275.00
The Boys Varsity Soccer Coach must exhibit high standards of professionalism and communication. They must be exceedingly well organized, flexible, and enjoy the challenges of working with high school students. They must have the ability to interact with students, parents, and staff, sometimes under pressure, while remaining flexible, proactive, resourceful and efficient. This person must support the value of an education and Branson’s core values of kindness, courage, honor, and purpose.
