Job Summary We are seeking an outgoing and energetic Boys Coach to join our team! Following our curriculum, you will lead age-appropriate practices and drills, offer guidance and mentorship, and assist with administration. If you have a gymnastics background and want to make a real difference in the lives of children, we want to hear from you!
Responsibilities
Follow age-appropriate workouts focusing on technique, skill development, and drills.
Lead structured practices
Provide positive feedback, guidance, and encouragement
Communicate with parents/guardians
Follow all health and safety guidelines
Assist with some administrative matters relating to the recreational program
Qualifications
Previous experience coaching children/students is preferred
Comfortable with speaking to and educating parents
Knowledge of physiology, exercise technique, and body mechanics is preferred but not required
Positive, motivating, and effective interpersonal communication skills
