The Box Office Manager oversees all Patron Services operations, including hiring, training, scheduling, and supervising a team of full-time and part-time staff. The role manages payroll, labor budgets, performance evaluations, and ensures compliance with university policies and PCI standards.
They handle revenue processing, cash management, deposits, and serve as the primary technical expert for ticketing and point-of-sale systems. The manager also leads box office operations for most performances, supports event logistics (ticketing, seating, waitlists, surveys), and collaborates with house management staff.
Additionally, the role provides customer service to patrons and subscribers, manages group sales and communications, oversees SFY (Season for Youth) orders and invoices, and maintains accurate financial records. The manager also supports marketing and sales efforts, builds ticketing events and promotions in the system, and assumes broader operational responsibilities when senior leadership is absent.

Associate's degree
Experience:
Two years of customer service and cash handling experience
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:
MS Office

Ability to learn how to operate application software
