The Box Office Ambassador Role
The Box Office Ambassador is a dynamic member of Mercer Labs’ Front of House Team, supporting the box office as well as multiple other museum areas based on operational needs. Ambassadors assist with ticketing, guest interaction, troubleshooting, and overall guest flow throughout the space.
This role requires a proactive, professional communicator capable of adapting to various guest‑facing tasks.

Compensation: $19.00-$21.00 hourly wage
