JOB SUMMARY
Assists the Food Court Manager in the effective day-to-day operation of the food court. This position is responsible for supervising food court staff to ensure high standards of customer service, food quality, and operational efficiency. The supervisor assists with menu planning, purchasing, and inventory control; oversees grill operations and food preparation; and ensures compliance with all safety, sanitation, and cleanliness standards. This role plays a key part in maintaining a safe, efficient, and customer-focused food service environment.
