The role pays $110K-$160K plus bonus and benefits, and is best suited for someone with healthcare construction experience and a background working for a general contractor.

Description

• Providing overall administrative and technical management at the construction project site.
• Managing all on-site construction activities including, self-perform labor, subcontractors, and consultants.
• Administration of the jobsite safety program and quality management.
• Overall schedule coordination and supervision.

Profile

• Large-scale healthcare or life science project experience
• 3-10+ years as a Superintendent
• Coming from a General Contractor background
• Procore, OSHA 10, OSHA 30
• MA CSL, Bachelors degree
