About the Role:The Pros Painting Co Inc is looking for a detail-oriented and organized Bookkeeper / Office Manager to join our growing team in Memphis, TN. In this dual role, you'll keeping our finances in order and our office running smoothly. Responsibilities:- Manage day-to-day bookkeeping including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliations
- Process payroll and maintain accurate employee records
- Prepare and track invoices, estimates, and job costing for painting projects
- Oversee general office operations, supplies, and administrative workflows
- Coordinate scheduling, communications, and correspondence for office and field teams
- Track and manage employee clock in and out times
- Assist with monthly and year-end financial reporting and tax preparation support
- Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems for contracts, permits, and vendor records
Requirements:- Proven experience in bookkeeping and office management
- Proficiency in JobPower or similar accounting software
- Strong knowledge of basic accounting principles and financial reporting
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills with strong attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong communication skills and a professional, team-player demeanor
- Experience in the construction or trades industry is a plus
