Job Title: Bookkeeper / Office Administrator
Location: Lake Havasu, AZ (On-site)
Compensation: Up to $70,000 annually
Consulting or Permanent Position

About the Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented Bookkeeper / Office Administrator to support both accounting functions and day-to-day office operations. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys wearing multiple hats, and has hands-on experience with large ERP systems and payroll processing.

Key Responsibilities
Accounting / Bookkeeping

Manage full-cycle bookkeeping, including:

Accounts payable and accounts receivable
Bank and credit card reconciliations
General ledger maintenance
Assist with month-end close and financial reporting
Maintain accurate financial records and supporting documentation
Work within a large ERP system to process transactions and generate reports
Maintain Sales Taxes

Payroll

Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll regulations
Maintain employee records, payroll data, and benefits deductions
Partner with HR and leadership on payroll-related inquiries

Office Administration

Oversee day-to-day office operations and administrative support
Manage vendor relationships, office supplies, and service contracts
Support onboarding and offboarding processes
Assist leadership with scheduling, reporting, and general administrative tasks


✅ Qualifications

3+ years of bookkeeping/accounting experience
Experience working in a large ERP system
Payroll knowledge utilizing a 3rd party service
Strong understanding of accounting fundamentals and GAAP principles
Proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office Suite
Highly organized with strong attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
