Anonymous company is seeking an Accounts Payable professional to support real estate operations. This is a full-time, on-site role focused on high-volume AP, including Con Edison bills, reconciliations, and account follow-up.
*Responsibilities:*
- Manage high-volume accounts payable for real estate operations
- Process and track utility bills, including Con Edison accounts
- Record and reconcile financial transactions in QuickBooks
- Maintain accurate financial records and documentation
- Aggressively follow up on outstanding account matters
*Qualifications:*
- 2+ years of bookkeeping experience
- Strong Accounts Payable experience required
- Proficiency in QuickBooks required
- AppFolio or property management software experience is a plus
