Responsibilities:- Maintain accurate financial records and ledgers for multiple clients.
- Prepare and process monthly financial statements and reports.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable functions.
- Reconcile bank statements and resolve discrepancies.
- Assist with payroll processing and related tax filings.
- Support year-end closing processes and audits.
- Communicate regularly with clients regarding their financial status.
- Utilize accounting software to streamline bookkeeping tasks.
Requirements:- 5+ years experience as a bookkeeper or in a similar accounting role.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Bank recs, data entry, sales tax.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Associate degree in accounting or related field preferred.
