Job Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Bookkeeper to manage our financial records and ensure the accuracy of our accounting processes. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in various accounting software and principles, with a focus on maintaining financial integrity and compliance with GAAP standards. This role requires a proactive approach to bookkeeping, including managing accounts payable and receivable, payroll, and financial reporting. Skills Proficiency in QuickBooks, Quicken, Sage, Xero, or similar accounting software is essential. Strong understanding of corporate accounting principles as well as non-profit and governmental accounting practices. Familiarity with public accounting standards and technical accounting concepts. Expertise in double entry bookkeeping and general ledger reconciliation processes. Ability to perform account analysis and prepare detailed financial reports effectively. Knowledge of budgeting techniques and financial forecasting methods. Strong attention to detail with excellent 10-key typing skills for accurate data entry. Schedule - Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm
