Position Overview

The Booking Assistant supports the scheduling and coordination of events by assisting with client inquiries, reservations, and internal communication. This role is ideal for someone organized, detail-oriented, and interested in hospitality and event operations.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, and in person
  • Assist with scheduling and booking events and services
  • Maintain accurate records of reservations and client details
  • Coordinate with event, kitchen, and operations teams
  • Update booking systems and calendars
  • Support administrative tasks related to event planning
  • Ensure a professional and positive client experience

Qualifications

  • Previous administrative, customer service, or hospitality experience preferred
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
