Position Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and accountable accounting professional to join our growing team. This role is critical to maintaining accurate financials and ensuring strong financial controls across multiple entities.

Top Qualifications (Required)

- Advanced experience with QuickBooks Online (REQUIRED)
 - Strong proficiency in bank and credit card reconciliations
 - Strong understanding of financial reports (P&L, Balance Sheet)
 - Payroll experience with ADP (REQUIRED)
 - Ability to manage payroll discrepancies and adjustments
- Property based platform AppFolio, training available.

Preferred Experience

- Property management, real estate, construction, service-based businesses, or housing accounting
 - Familiarity with AppFolio or similar software
 - Experience with AP/AR, budgeting, sales tax, and 1099 reporting

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain and reconcile all QuickBooks Online accounts
 - Ensure accurate financial reporting
 - Process payroll through ADP
 - Manage accounts receivable and collections
 - Enter and review bills
 - Support monthly close process
 - Improve accounting systems

Compensation

Salary commensurate with experience. Opportunity for growth into Controller/CFO role.
