Pre-Bonding Associate - 2nd Shift in Dayton, OH, within the Noise, Vibration, and Harshness Division of an aerospace-focused company.
Responsibilities include reading manufacturing documentation, setting up and operating manual and automated equipment for chemical processing, media blasting, cleaning, priming, and adhesive application.
Perform cleaning, complete quality paperwork, ensure equipment and materials meet procedures, and support process improvements through Kaizen activities.
Manage hazardous waste, perform preventative maintenance, participate in audits, and follow safety guidelines.
Qualifications include a willingness to work 2nd shift, effective communication, flexibility, dependability, understanding of drawings and manufacturing instructions, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and ability to lift up to 35 lbs.
Requires a high school diploma, 2+ years of manufacturing experience, preferably in aerospace.
