If you have a passion for serving others, then join the Tailwind team! As a BOH Shift Leader, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our fast‑paced restaurant during your shift. You will be expected to provide excellent customer service and maintain high standards of food quality and safety while leading your shift by example. You will be a key player in ensuring that our customers have a positive experience and that our restaurant runs efficiently.Tailwind encourages Veterans and Military family members to apply!Responsibilities include but are not limited to:Leads the restaurant during a shiftUnderstand completely; all policies, procedures, standards, specifications, guidelines, and training programs set forth by TailwindWork as a member of the team to ensure success in all areas of the restaurantFill in where needed to ensure that service standards and efficient operations are metAssist the Kitchen Manager with daily kitchen operations including managing prep, supporting line operations, and ensuring food quality standards are metReceive and properly store delivery trucks while ensuring product quality and accurate inventory handlingMaintain a hygienic and safe work environment at all timesReport to work punctually and assist in the event of an emergency outlined within restaurant standards and all Tailwind policiesEnsure that equipment is maintained as outlined in the restaurant safety and preventive maintenance programTreat both hourly employees and members of the Management team with professionalism and respectQualifications/ Skills:Capable of working in a standing position for long periods of timeCapable of reaching, bending, and frequently lifting up to 50 poundsAbility to work efficiently in a fast‑paced settingStrong teamwork and communication skillsRequirements:Must be able to pass a background check to receive an airport badgeMust have reliable transportation and the ability to be punctualPaid trainingEmployee referral program401k with company matchingHealth, Dental and Vision insurance offered to Full‑time employeesTailwind Concessions is an equal opportunity employer committed to creating a diverse and inclusive work environment.
