We are always looking to add talented, motivated individuals to our growing team. Currently, we are seeking an enthusiastic, skilled candidate to fill the role of Body Shop Technician. A qualified candidate will be expected to:
Repairs vehicles per estimate and according to manufacturer standards
Checks parts against estimate and ensures proper parts are ordered and received.
Prepares vehicles for body repair work
Notifies management of any additional repairs needed
Notifies management of any difficulties or problems that may prevent a quality job from being performed or cause a change in the promised time
Maintains tools and equipment in a proper state of repair
Maintains and wears all required safety and health personal protective equipment, including respirator, in the manner recommended by the equipment manufacturer
Operates all tools and equipment in a safe manner

Job Requirements
3-5 years experience in frame, sheet metal straightening, and sheet metal replacement
Minimum high school diploma or GED equivalent required
An understanding of diagnosis and the correct technique needed to complete the vehicle repair
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and enthusiastic presence in a team environment
Valid driver's license required as well as clean driving record
Ability to safely lift 60 pounds to chest level
Bending, twisting, grabbing, reaching, and any other activity normally associated with an Automotive Mechanic position
Professional appearance and work ethic
Pay Range & Compensation Details
Pay is from $40,000 - $150,000 per year. Rate of pay for this position is dependent on relevant skills & experience.
