Ensure precise color matching and flawless finishes. Prepare surfaces for painting by sanding, masking, priming, and performing minor bodywork. Collaborate with the body shop team to meet production schedules and maintain quality standards. Maintain a clean, organized workspace and ensure adherence to safety protocols. Requirements: Experience as a Body Shop Painter, preferably in a dealership environment. Strong knowledge of paint application techniques, materials, and equipment. Ability to deliver high-quality work on both minor touch-ups and full body refinishes. Detail-oriented, with a focus on delivering excellent customer satisfaction.
