Responsibilities:

• Accurately assess damage and necessary parts and labor for repairs
• Work with body shop estimators to assess insurance requirements
• Diagnose and assess repair needs
• Assist in supplement requests
• Meet all standard manufacturer requirements for the correct repair
• Communicate any discrepancies between manufacturer requirements and insurance requirements
• Ensure and inspect for quality work

Requirements:

• High school diploma
• Technical school training
• ASE/I-Car certifications are preferred
• Professional appearance and communication
• Genuine desire to serve
• Ability to multitask
• Desire for long-term career development
