Seeking community-minded individuals to join our Board of Directors, supporting over 1,300 students daily through no-cost programs at Title I schools in Orange, Santa Ana, and Garden Grove.
The role focuses on governance, strategy, oversight, and policy.
Board meetings are held six times annually (three in person and three virtual), with members serving on at least one committee.
Ideal candidates bring diverse professional or lived experiences in areas such as finance, law, HR, education, marketing, fundraising, or nonprofit leadership.
Experienced professionals, community leaders, and retirees are encouraged to apply.
Board members are expected to actively participate, act as ambassadors, and support fundraising efforts aligned with their strengths.
Prior board experience is helpful but not required.
