ATS+Partners is seeking diverse candidates to join charter school boards and nonprofits across Los Angeles, CA. Selected individuals will undergo comprehensive training, be strategically matched to boards in need, and contribute to governance that supports student success, community engagement, and educational growth.
Qualifications include a passion for educational equity, 7+ years of leadership experience, expertise in areas like finance, HR, or education, a collaborative mindset, high ethics, and willingness to participate in training.
Board members should expect to dedicate around 5+ hours monthly, attend meetings, actively contribute skills and resources, and fully participate in board activities throughout their term.
