Legal Counsel collaborates with leadership to strengthen governance, risk mitigation, and legal safeguards, contributing to strategic planning and fundraising efforts.
Qualifications include being a licensed attorney (preferably in California) with nonprofit or related legal experience, strong judgment, and confidentiality.
Term is 2–3 years, with an estimated 6–10 hours/month commitment.
