CBG Licensed Behavioral Analysis PLLC is seeking a passionate and dedicated BCBA to join our growing team. Our mission is to provide high-quality, individualized ABA services that support each client’s unique needs. Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments (e.g., VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R, AFLS, functional behavior assessments)
- Develop individualized treatment plans based on assessment data
- Supervise and train RBTs and behavior technicians
- Monitor and review client progress, adjust goals and programs as needed
- Provide parent training and support
- Ensure compliance with ethical guidelines and documentation requirements
Qualifications:
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification (required)
- Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field
- At least 1 year of experience in ABA preferred
- Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills
- Comfortable working in home, school, and/or community settings
