This full-time opportunity for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) offers a rewarding role in an educational setting located in Union City, CA. Working 37.5 hours per week on a contract basis, the position focuses on providing essential behavioral support and interventions for students.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) to identify student needs and triggers
- Develop and implement Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) tailored to individual students
- Perform classroom and individual observations to monitor progress and adjust strategies
- Provide supervision and support for Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)
- Collaborate with educators and support staff to enhance student success and well-being
Desired Qualifications:- Current BCBA certification and active licensure
- Experience working within school environments
- Proficiency in conducting FBAs, designing BIPs, and supervising RBTs
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to manage multiple caseloads and maintain detailed documentation
