Active BCBA certification and Medicaid Provider (Required)
Strong assessment-writing and clinical documentation skills
Experience creating and overseeing individualized treatment plans
Effective communication with families, RBTs, and team members
Must speak, read, and write English proficiently
Spanish-speaking is a plus
Willingness to work as a contractor (1099 status)
Familiarity with ABA software systems (e.g., ABA Matrix, CentralReach) a bonus
Client caseloads are manageable and designed with provider balance in mind
