Board Certified Behavior Analyst

This role involves conducting FBAs, preference assessments, and developing individualized treatment and behavior intervention plans.

• Provide direct therapy and model interventions for staff, supervising and training behavior therapists/RBTs to ensure high-quality service delivery.
  
• Monitor progress data, adjust treatments, and prepare reports for clients and stakeholders.
  
• Collaborate with families, schools, and professionals to support skill generalization, ensuring regulatory and ethical compliance.
  
• Participate in staff meetings, training, and program development, traveling between sites as needed.
  
• Maintain documentation and uphold confidentiality.
  Qualifications: BCBA certification (or eligible), master's in related field preferred, experience with children with autism, supervision skills, and strong data analysis skills.
  
• Preferred experience in educational settings and familiarity with funding processes.
  
• Full-time role with benefits, occasional evening/weekend hours, and travel requirements.
  
• Reports to Clinical Director and collaborates with a multidisciplinary team.
