Salary: $80,000 annually
Be You ABA (Hi5 ABA) is seeking a dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our growing team in a hybrid capacity. This role offers the flexibility of remote work with a requirement to be onsite in our Killeen, TX clinic once per month (travel expenses covered).

Compensation
- $80,000 annual salary

Schedule

Key Responsibilities
Clinical Responsibilities
- Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
- Provide ongoing supervision and oversight of ABA programs
- Ensure services meet clinical quality standards and compliance requirements
Team Collaboration
- Supervise and support RBTs and clinical staff remotely
- Collaborate with clinic leadership and interdisciplinary teams
- Provide guidance and feedback to maintain high clinical standards
Family Support
- Work closely with families and caregivers to ensure effective treatment outcomes
- Provide parent training and support
Productivity Expectations
- 25 billable hours per week once full-time caseload is established
Qualifications
- Active BCBA certification
- Eligible for Texas BCBA licensure
- Strong communication, organization, and time-management skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting
- Passion for supporting children with autism and developmental disabilities
