Compensation:$75,000 per year
Responsibilities:- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure integrated care
- Track and analyze progress data to guide clinical decisions
- Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
- Contribute to ongoing program development and quality improvement
- Mentor practicum students and RBTs
Qualifications:- Master’s degree (required)
- Excellent communication, leadership, and teamwork abilities
- Strong clinical skills in ABA, assessment, and data-driven patient care
- Passion for supporting children with autism and developmental disabilities
- Commitment to client-centered care and ongoing professional growth
