Title: Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) - Full-Time School-Based Position

Overview: Soliant Education is seeking two dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to join our team for immediate openings through the remainder of the current school year and continuing into the 2026/2027 school year. This is a fantastic opportunity for experienced professionals to provide behavioral support services in a collaborative school-based environment. The district is looking to have new contractors in place quickly as two current contractors transition out of their assignments. Pay and Benefits:
$58-$63/hr

Requirements:
Active BCBA certification required
Previous school-based experience preferred
Experience conducting FBAs and developing BIPs required
Experience supervising Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) preferred
Strong collaboration and communication skills

Responsibilities:
Conduct Functional Behavioral Assessments (FBAs)
Develop and implement Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
Complete student observations and behavioral support services
Provide supervision and support to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)
Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and support staff
Interview Process:
(10-15) minute screening call with a Soliant Education Recruiter
(20-30) minute virtual interview directly with the school
Offer is typically within 24 hours of the virtual interview.

Full-Time
37.5 hours per week

August 13, 2026 - June 4, 2027
