Qualifications & Skills:
- Current BCBA certification in good standing

- Ability to train and support school personnel in ABA strategies

Key Responsibilities:- Perform comprehensive functional behavior assessments
- Develop, oversee, and monitor individualized behavior intervention plans
- Collect and analyze behavioral data to inform ongoing interventions
- Lead team meetings and participate in IEP processes
- Provide staff training and in-the-moment consultation to enhance classroom management
- Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to ensure consistent implementation of interventions
