What We’re Looking For:
We’re seeking a BCBA who:
Conduct functional behavior assessments and skill-based assessments.
Develop individualized treatment plans and behavior intervention plans (BIP’s).
Provide ongoing supervision, training, and support for RBT’s, BTs, and clinical staff.
Collect, analyze, and review client data to guide decision-making
Collaborate with families to ensure consistency across home and other environments.
Ensure services align with BACB ethical guidelines and insurance requirements.
Participate in team meetings, clinical reviews, and professional development.

Qualifications:
Current BCBA certification (required)
Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Special Education, Psychology, or a related field
