Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Hold current certification as a BCBA (Board Certified Behavior Analyst)
- Demonstrated experience working in a school setting, delivering behavioral interventions to students
- Previous supervisory role overseeing RBTs required
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and collaboration skills
- Commitment to upholding ethical and evidence-based practices in behavior analysis
- Ability to develop and revise individualized behavior intervention plans
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct assessments and create effective, tailored behavioral intervention strategies for students
- Supervise and provide guidance to RBTs, ensuring high-quality implementation of treatment plans
- Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to facilitate successful behavioral outcomes
- Monitor student progress, collecting and analyzing data for ongoing program improvements
- Provide training and support to school staff regarding behavioral strategies and best practices
- Maintain thorough documentation and adhere to all professional and ethical standards
