Scion Nonprofit Staffing has been engaged to conduct a search for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for a nonprofit behavioral health organization serving children and families. This is an onsite opportunity based in Colorado Springs, Colorado.

POSITION OVERVIEW:

We are seeking a compassionate and collaborative Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide high-quality Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to children and adolescents. In this role, you will conduct assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, supervise clinical programming, and partner closely with families and multidisciplinary teams to support meaningful outcomes. RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized, evidence-based treatment plans

  • Provide clinical supervision, coaching, and support to staff, caregivers, and clients while ensuring high-quality service delivery

  • Collaborate with families, schools, and multidisciplinary teams to coordinate care and participate in treatment planning meetings

  • Monitor client progress, evaluate treatment effectiveness, and adjust programming as needed

  • Maintain timely documentation, insurance authorizations, and compliance with ethical, professional, and legal standards

  • Support additional clinical initiatives and organizational needs as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification

  • Experience conducting behavioral assessments and developing ABA treatment plans

  • Strong collaboration, communication, and leadership skills with families and interdisciplinary teams

  • Knowledge of ethical standards, documentation requirements, and evidence-based ABA practices

  • Compassionate, flexible, and committed to delivering high-quality care to children and families
