Our client is seeking a compassionate, creative, and dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join a modern behavioral clinic environment. This role focuses on delivering high-quality Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to children with autism and their families. The ideal candidate is committed to improving outcomes through evidence-based interventions, collaboration, and family-centered care.
Responsibilities
- Conduct assessment activities to determine the need for behavioral interventions
- Design, implement, monitor, and adjust individualized behavioral analysis and therapy treatment programs
- Oversee the implementation of behavioral analysis programs by clinical and support staff
- Provide training, behavioral system design, and performance management support
- Facilitate parent meetings and parent training to ensure alignment between clinic-based and home-based interventions
- Develop comprehensive client goals and complete all required clinical documentation and reports for insurance reimbursement and client review
- Collaborate closely with other professionals involved in client care
- Stay current on ABA research, best practices, and emerging methodologies
- Perform other duties customarily associated with the role of a BCBA and directly related to behavioral analysis
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA)
- Active and valid Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification in the state of Michigan
