Our client is seeking a compassionate, creative, and dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join a modern behavioral clinic environment. This role focuses on delivering high-quality Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to children with autism and their families. The ideal candidate is committed to improving outcomes through evidence-based interventions, collaboration, and family-centered care.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessment activities to determine the need for behavioral interventions
• Design, implement, monitor, and adjust individualized behavioral analysis and therapy treatment programs
• Oversee the implementation of behavioral analysis programs by clinical and support staff
• Provide training, behavioral system design, and performance management support
• Facilitate parent meetings and parent training to ensure alignment between clinic-based and home-based interventions
• Develop comprehensive client goals and complete all required clinical documentation and reports for insurance reimbursement and client review
• Collaborate closely with other professionals involved in client care
• Stay current on ABA research, best practices, and emerging methodologies
• Perform other duties customarily associated with the role of a BCBA and directly related to behavioral analysis

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA)
• Active and valid Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification in the state of Michigan
